Section 1 Waste water Quantity
1.1 Wastewater Quantity: ≤15m3/h

2 Treatment Objectives
2.1 Wastewater Treatment Objectives After the wastewater treatment, under normal operation, the effluent quality should meet the Class I discharge standards required by the Wastewater Comprehensive Discharge Standard GB8978-1996, that is: pH: 6-9 CODcr: ≤100mg/l SS: ≤70mg/l Oil: ≤5mg/l
2.2 Sludge Treatment Objectives
2.2.1. The sludge generated from the wastewater treatment process is dewatered with the plate-and-frame filter press.
2.2.2 The sludge water content after dewatering is no more than ≤75%.
2.2.3 The dewatered sludge is centralized before being transported outside for disposal as solid waste to prevent secondary pollution.
